Jonathan Marks
Jonathan is founder and CEO of Clinical Real Estate Medical Solutions and Clinical Advisory Group aligning strategy, operations and real estate for physicians, medical groups, hospitals, PPM / MSO's and Investors. He has a strong track record of fostering strategic growth as a Co-Founder of Cresa's New Jersey Operations he helped to increase revenue by a 38.9% CAGR from 2017 to 2024 led by the explosive growth in his medical practice group. Since 2013 he has streamlined medical real estate portfolios and negotiated on more than 2M SF of clinical space with values of +- $1B. His strategic advisory background at Vested Capital partners in NYC and his Executive Finance GMP from the Wharton School of Business has been invaluable in providing insights in all areas to enhance value and mitigate risk.
Walter Lestrange
Walter is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience driving growth, operational transformation, and financial performance across hospitals, multi-site medical groups, and private equity–backed platforms. He has held senior roles at Health Plus Management, Nuvance Health, Zenyth Partners, and ProHEALTH (an Optum company), leading integrations, scaling platforms, and delivering improved EBITDA and operational results. A former Registered Nurse, Walter combines clinical insight with executive acumen, known for bridging strategy and execution. He’s led many high-impact initiatives. Walter collaborates closely with private equity sponsors and physician leaders to align operations and position organizations for sustainable growth.
Jeff Tarlowe
Jeff's extensive healthcare expertise spans more than 30 years in finance and operations. As CFO of Optum Care, East Region, he oversaw expansion to more than 600 medical sites, 30+ specialties and over $1 billion in revenue. At Zenyth Partners and Health Plus Management, he drove substantial EBITDA and revenue growth for medical groups by adding clinical services, new providers, and streamlining operations. Jeff has also been an entrepreneur and investor, co-founding a health-tech startup in partnership with Mayo Clinic in addition to a $100 million venture fund with Merck, focused on new innovative technologies in operational excellence.
